VALIDU will provide expense reporting compliance security while reducing or eliminating expense fraud, waste, and abuse. It does so by automating the compliance auditing process to validate onsite event participation via print and photo identification.

Key features: VALIDU software offers a platform for customers to have vigilance and transparency with onsite event attendee verification. VALIDU offers proprietary print and photo validation for event participant screening and authentication. VALIDU software also offers a flattened PDF prospectus that is date/time/GPS stamped and also includes receipt image and event notes. The prospectus can then be emailed directly to an expense reporting repository; making the integration with pre-existing systems seamless. VALIDU business partners will be able to track individual activity and remain vigilant over reporting conduct.

Benefit: Currently, there is no system available to ensure corporate reporting compliance/vigilance without conducting a labor intensive employee audit. VALIDU will allow customers to track and monitor expenses that will be validated on an individual user authentication for each business event. This will ensure that the employee spending will meet company compliance and federal regulations, while encouraging good business practice in reporting.
